Crispy fried milk ~ super delicious
Ingredients
- Pure milk 400g
- Cornstarch 60g
- White sugar 40g
- Eggs 1
- Low gluten flour 70g
- Water 30g
- White sugar 10g
- Baking powder 1g
- Bread crumbs 40g
Steps
1. Material: pure milk 400g
2. Add corn starch and 40g of white sugar and mix well
3. Pour into the pot and heat over low heat
4. Stir continuously
5. After it becomes a paste, change the heat to medium and the color will be slightly transparent
6. Pour into the mold prepared in advance (I used a transparent glass box with a layer of tin foil), smooth it out, and refrigerate for more than two hours to solidify.
7. Remove and cut into pieces
8. Prepare a basin, add 1 egg, 70g low-gluten flour, 1g baking powder, 30g water, 10g white sugar, mix and beat into a paste
9. Prepare bread crumbs in another small bowl (the specific amount depends on the actual situation, you can prepare more)
10. First stick the milk cubes into the batter, and then wrap them in some bread crumbs
11. Heat oil in a pan, add milk cubes and fry until golden brown on both sides!
12. Dip it in condensed milk and eat it hot, it’s really good!
