Carp shredded radish soup
Ingredients
- crucian carp 1
- White radish 1 root
- Cooking wine A little
- Ginger A little

Steps
1. 1 white radish, set aside;
2. Wash the radish and crucian carp. Wash the especially black inner membrane of crucian carp. Sprinkle some salt on the surface and scrape back with scissors to remove the mucus on the surface of the fish;
3. Peel the radish;
4. Use a vegetable cutter to cut into shreds;

Tips
- Fry the crucian carp until both sides are brown first, so that the soup will be milky white and have no fishy smell!
