Step 1
First make the seasoning for the marinated beef: rub the garlic, ginger and pear on a grater until minced, as shown in the picture. Note, also put the wiped pear juice in the bowlStep 2
Add all the ingredients in the marinated meat seasoning list into the bowl and mix evenlyStep 3
Korean thinly sliced beef. Or just use regular beef and slice it thinly yourselfStep 4
Pour all the seasoning into the plastic bag containing the beefStep 5
Seal the mouth and pinch the plastic bag with your hands to evenly coat the beef with the seasoning. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. I usually marinate the meat the night before and leave it overnight. The longer you marinate, the betterStep 6
Make the dipping sauce. Don’t skip this step because the dipping sauce is so delicious. Take a bowl and add all the ingredients in the dipping sauce listStep 7
Finally add sesame seeds, mix well and pour into the dishStep 8
Heat the oil in the pan, take out the marinated beef and fry on both sides in the pan until golden brown.Step 9
Wash the lettuce, pat dry, and put it on a plate; take out the beef and cut it into small slices for easy eating; serve rice and put on the dipping sauce. Get ready to chew it up.Step 10
To eat Korean barbecue, rice, barbecue and dipping sauce are usually wrapped in lettuce. The traditional way of eating Korean barbecue is to wrap it with raw garlic slices and green chili rings. Since I don’t eat raw garlic and LG doesn’t eat chili peppers, I skipped both.Step 11
One bite at a time, you won’t be able to stop eating!Step 12
