Step 1
First heat the multi-purpose pot using the 800W hot pot setting on the induction cooker. It probably takes about 3 minutes.Step 2
After the pot is heated, pour the soft sugar into the pot and stir continuously with a stirrer. (If you don’t have this kind of kiss at home, it’s best to add a small amount of water to the pot! )Step 3
After all the sugar has turned into a granular amber syrup, turn down the heat to low and set the hot pot on the induction cooker to 400 watts.Step 4
Pour the cooked black sesame seeds into the pot and stir-fry continuously with a rice spatula until all the sugar in the pot sticks to the sesame seeds (about 3 minutes).Step 5
After the sesame seeds turn into a ball of sesame seeds, immediately take out the pot, place it on the cutting board, and use a kitchen knife to crush the sesame seeds into thin slices (or use a rolling pin to roll them into thin slices.) This step should be done while it is hot!Step 6
Then cut the sesame candy into pieces. Be sure to do it while it is hot. If the sesame candy is cold, it will break easily when cutting!Step 7
The sesame candy is ready! After the sesame candy is ready and cooled, be sure to store it in an airtight box! Black sesame candy cooking tips If you don’t like pure black black sesame seeds, add a little cooked white sesame seeds, the ratio is about 4:1!
