Steps
1. Put milk, eggs, salt and sugar into the bread machine
2. Add flour and yeast, and knead the dough for 15 minutes.
3. After 15 minutes, add 15 grams of butter and continue kneading for 30 to 40 minutes.
4. Knead the dough until a thin and flexible hand mask can be pulled out. If there is no film, continue kneading.
5. After kneading is completed, round the dough and start fermentation.
6. Make puff pastry while the dough is fermenting. Mix 10 grams of vegetable oil, 30 grams of low-gluten flour, and 10 grams of sugar.
7. Knead it into granules with your hands. Prepare the crispy granules and store them in the refrigerator for later use.
8. Let the dough ferment until it is 2.5 times in size
9. Move to the cutting board and roll out the air.
10. Then shape the dough into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.
11. Roll the rested dough into a square shape, the size should be combined with the actual size of the baking pan.
12. When it is 1.5 times in size, place the pineapple pieces on the dough and press it down.
13. Brush with a layer of pure milk and sprinkle with pre-prepared puff pastry.
14. Place in the middle and lower layers of the preheated oven, set the upper heat to 160 degrees and the lower heat to 140 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.
15. After taking it out of the oven, let it cool slightly, remove it from the mold and cut into pieces to eat...the taste and texture are great!
Tips
- 1. Preheat the oven for about 10 minutes in advance.
- 2. The specific baking temperature and time should be adjusted according to the actual conditions of your own oven.
