Winter Melon and Egg Soup

Steps
1. Prepare the materials
2. Peel the winter melon and cut into large pieces
3. Chop green onions
4. Crack the eggs into the bowl
5. Add a little pepper
6. Add a little salt
7. Mix well and set aside
8. Chop the garlic into fine pieces
9. Put a little oil in the pot and sauté the minced garlic
10. Add winter melon and fry
11. Stir-fry for a few times until the winter melon is slightly transparent
12. Pour in water and bring to a boil
13. Cover the lid, turn to low heat and simmer for about 7 or 8 minutes
14. Then pour in the egg liquid
15. Bring to a boil again
16. Finally add an appropriate amount of salt
