5. Put the steamed purple sweet potato into the utensil and add white sugar!

7. Add milk, then add glutinous rice flour! (The amount of glutinous rice flour can be increased or decreased according to the actual situation)
8. Knead the mashed purple sweet potato into a dough and prepare all the ingredients!
9. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts!
10. Take a piece of dough and wrap it in brown sugar! Pinch the closing edge tightly and round it!
11. Dip the rounded purple potato balls into a little cooking oil, which makes it easier to coat them with sesame seeds! Not easy to fall off!
12. Wrap the sesame seeds evenly, then gently pinch them with your hands, roll them into a round shape and flatten them!
13. Finish in order! (The size can be made according to personal preference)
14. Brush the 6-hole baking pan of the gourmet pot with a little cooking oil!
