Prepare the ingredients: one piece of tofu, two tomatoes, one cabbage, 300g white jade mushroom, one piece of ginger, one green onion!Step 2
Cut the tomatoes with a cross-cut knife and scald them with boiling water to easily remove the skin from the tomatoes!Step 3
Cut the tofu into strips, blanch it in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes, take it out, put the white jade mushroom in and blanch it for a while, drain it into cold water and set aside! (Add a little salt and oil to the pot so that the cooked tofu will taste very good and will not break easily when cooked. This method is suitable for all vegetables that need to be blanched!) Peel the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Separately cut the cabbage stems and hearts into shreds, slice the ginger, slice the garlic cloves, and cut the green onion into sections and set aside!Step 4
