- Sweet potatoes 1 piece

Steps
1. 1 sweet potato, 1g cooked black sesame seeds, 100g sugar
2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes
3. Cut the sweet potatoes into pieces as quickly as possible
4. Blanch sweet potatoes in boiling water for 1 minute
5. Pour in 15g cornstarch
