Stir-fried Chinese Sausage with Spring Bamboo Shoots

- Sausage Two pieces
- Green pepper One
- Red pepper One
- Ginger A piece
- Dried chili Two

Steps
1. Here is a picture of the finished product, it’s beautiful!
2. Prepare the ingredients and wash them. I bought blanched spring bamboo shoots. If they are raw spring bamboo shoots, please blanch them.
3. Cut the spring bamboo shoots into small pieces.
4. Slice the sausage.
5. Cut green peppers and red peppers into cubes, shred ginger, and chop dry chili peppers.
6. Put cold oil in a cold pan over low heat.
7. Add the sausage and stir-fry over low heat.
8. Fry the sausage until the oil is released (already cooked).
9. There is oil in the pot, add ginger and dried chili and sauté until fragrant.
10. Add spring bamboo shoots and stir-fry.
11. Add soy sauce and stir-fry.
12. Add red pepper, green pepper, salt and stir-fry.
13. Add the sausage and stir-fry.
14. After cutting off the green and red peppers, add chicken essence and it’s ready to go!
15. Plate, take photos, it’s delicious!
Tips
- 1. Be sure to blanch the spring bamboo shoots after peeling them, otherwise they will taste astringent.
- 2. I bought processed bamboo shoot tips, which are very fresh and tender.
