Dark Chocolate Marble Toast
Ingredients

- Dark Chocolate 50g
- High-gluten flour 18g

- High-gluten flour 160g
- Low gluten flour 50g
- Fine sugar 20g
- Butter 18g
- Yeast 4g
- Milk 100g

- Egg liquid 35g
Steps
1. Put milk, flour, starch, sugar and cocoa powder in a basin
2. Mix evenly into cocoa paste and set aside
3. Melt the chocolate over water first
4. Add butter
5. Water-proofing
6. Stir evenly
7. Pour into the reserved cocoa paste
8. Mix well
9. Pour in egg white
10. Mix again
11. Pour into the pot

15. Put eggs, milk and condensed milk in the basin first
16. Add other dough ingredients except butter

18. Knead into a smooth dough and add softened butter

Tips
- When knitting, the incision must be placed with the knitting upward
- There is no need to take out the chocolate chips in advance when rolling them out. Take them out when you put them in, otherwise they will soften too easily in the summer
