5. Then heat it in the microwave for 1 minute, take it out and stir it, continue heating for 50 seconds, and the whole thing will be cooked.

6. When the glutinous rice dough is no longer hot, add butter and knead evenly.

7. The stickiness of the glutinous rice balls is very strong. Picking it up and dropping it repeatedly will make the glutinous rice balls stronger.

8. Coat the surface of the glutinous rice balls with a layer of cooked glutinous rice flour.

9. Use a rolling pin to roll out the glutinous rice dough into a rectangular shape.

10. Put a strip of taro filling on one end of the glutinous rice skin.

12. On the top, squeeze another strip of taro filling and smooth it out with the back of a spoon.

Tips

  1. 1. If the glutinous rice ball keeps shrinking when rolling, roll it out and let it relax for a few minutes, so that it will not shrink.
