Almond crispy bite
Ingredients
- Low powder 200g
- Butter 135g
- Powdered sugar 30g
- Whole egg liquid 58g (1 egg)
- Almonds 15g
Steps
1. Weigh various ingredients and set aside
2. Place 135g of butter in the greenhouse to soften until it can be easily pressed with your fingers. It is soft. Do not heat it on the fire or in hot water
3. Beat the softened butter with an electric egg beater evenly, but don’t take too long
4. Add 30g of white sugar or powdered sugar with an electric whisk and beat until smooth
5. Add the egg liquid in two batches. Add the first egg liquid and beat evenly. Then add the second egg liquid and beat evenly. The butter will turn white and expand in volume
6. Add the whole egg liquid for the second time and continue to beat evenly
7. The state after beating evenly
8. Sift in 200g of cake flour
9. Add 15g of almonds and mix evenly with a silicone spatula
10. Stir evenly
11. Line the baking pan with oil paper. If it is a non-stick baking pan, no oil paper is needed. My small non-stick baking pan cannot fit in it, so I used a big one. Grasp it into small pieces with both hands and roll it into a round shape. Then put it into the baking pan, the time should not be too long but quickly
12. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 5 minutes in advance, then put it in the oven and heat it up and down at 165 degrees for 20 minutes. The heat in each oven is different, and you can set it according to your own oven
13. Over the course of ten minutes, the volume slowly expanded
14. Instantly kill the small puff pastries sold in supermarkets. The simple recipe can be made at home.
15. The finished picture is shared!
