Almond tofu
Almond milk 1 can | Milk 1 bag |
Granulated sugar 30g | Agar 5 grams |
Clear water 200ml | Osmanthus honey Appropriate amount |
Step 1
Soak 5 grams of agar in water until softened, and wash several times.Step 2
The easiest way to make almond tofu at home is to use milk + almond milk. The dosage is 1 bag of milk and 1 can of almond milk. 30 grams of white sugar has a lighter taste. If you like something sweeter, 50 grams of sugar is more appropriate.Step 3
Add 200 ml of water to the agar and cook over low heat until the agar is completely melted.Step 4
Then pour the agar into the bowl.Step 5
Pour the milk and almond milk into the milk pot, add the sugar, and cook until there are tiny bubbles on the edge of the pot, then turn off the heat. Mix evenly with the agar, wait until warm, and pour into a container.Step 6
Chill in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours. This is the ready state. There is no need to put plastic wrap in the container. The almond tofu can be easily removed from the mold after it is completely solidified.Step 7
Quickly invert the container on the chopping board, cut into small pieces, pour a few spoonfuls of osmanthus honey, and enjoy.Step 8
You can make one box at a time, pour an appropriate amount of osmanthus honey when eating, and refrigerate the rest, which can be stored for about 3-4 days. Almond tofu cooking tips
