Ingredients
- Oil 75g
- Milk 60g
- Eggs 6
- Low powder 90g
- Sugar 75g
Steps
1. Heat the oil until hot and sift in the cake flour
2. Add milk and stir evenly
3. Add egg yolk
4. Beat the egg whites until wet and foamy, add one-third of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste and stir evenly
5. Pour the mixed egg yolk paste into the egg whites and mix evenly
6. Wrap baking paper inside the mold and wrap it with tin foil. Water bath method. Oven at 145° for 85 minutes
