Another way to eat bacon - dry pot bacon and tea tree mushrooms
Ingredients
- Bacon 500g
- Tea tree mushroom 300g
- Garlic 10g
- Er Vitex 20 grams
- Bell pepper 20g

Steps

2. Wash the bacon, put it in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes
3. Cut the tea tree mushrooms, wattle sticks, bell peppers, and green garlic sprouts into sections
4. Let the cooked bacon cool, slice it and set aside
5. Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic until fragrant
6. Pour in the bacon, stir-fry until fragrant, and serve out
7. Heat up the oil pan, add the hot pot base ingredients and stir-fry
8. Add tea tree mushrooms, bell peppers, and two vitex twigs and stir-fry
9. Return the bacon to the pot and pour in white wine to enhance the flavor
10. Add green garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly and serve
