Autumn and winter health nourishing "Ginkgo Braised Lamb's Hoof"
Ingredients
- Sheep's hooves One pound
- Ginkgo Appropriate amount
- Dark soy sauce Half spoon
- Light soy sauce Six spoons
- Ginger, green onion Appropriate amount
- Cinnamon, Thousand Miles Appropriate amount
- Salt, cooking wine Appropriate amount
- Ganzhiyuan Yellow Rock Sugar 20g
Steps
1. After get off work, I went to the market and there happened to be fresh sheep's trotters for sale, which I could stew with the ginkgo at home. Let the store cut off the sheep's hooves.
2. Put the sheep's trotters in cold water, add an appropriate amount of ginger slices, and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and start to blanch. Boil the water and continue to blanch for 5 minutes (you can remove excess sheep's trotters foam)
3. After blanching, rinse the hooves with running water to remove excess foam and control the moisture.
4. Look at the hair on the sheep's hooves, which definitely affects the taste.
5. Look, it was pulled out with a plucking clip. It is clean. "There is no way to remove obsessive-compulsive disorder, it must be pulled out"
6. Use a pressure cooker to cook the fresh ginkgo, then put it in the pot and stir-fry until all the openings are ready (open ginkgo is easy to peel)
7. Peeled ginkgo is like a gem. Although ginkgo is good, don’t eat too much.
8. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and a few slices of ginger. Heat the oil to 50% heat and stir-fry the lamb's trotters until the skin is slightly yellow.
9. Add ginkgo and stir-fry, add salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to adjust the color.
10. Add some yellow rock sugar from Ganzhiyuan (stew with yellow rock sugar from Ganzhiyuan, the stewed sheep's trotters will have a good color and texture, not to mention the taste)
11. Add an appropriate amount of boiling water and simmer slowly (the amount of water should cover the sheep's trotters). Add a little tangerine peel, cinnamon, and thyme, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer slowly over medium-low heat.
12. When the soup is almost done, turn on high heat to reduce the juice. You can add a little MSG.
13. Sprinkle some chopped green onion before serving!
14. Sheep hooves are full of collagen!
15. Ginkgo is also glutinous and fragrant!
Tips
- Although ginkgo tastes good, it is not easy to eat too much.
