Bacon, ham and shrimp pizza
Ingredients
- Bread flour 200g
- Salt 2g
- Yeast 2g
- Fine sugar 10g
- Olive oil 15g
- Warm water 110g
- Pizza Sauce Appropriate amount
- Corn kernels Appropriate amount
- Green beans Appropriate amount
- Carrot Appropriate amount
- Red pepper Appropriate amount
- Bacon Two slices
- Ham Three pieces
- Fresh shrimp 15-18 pieces
- Black pepper Appropriate amount
- Grated mozzarella cheese Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Knead the dough ingredients into a smooth dough and place it in a warm place to ferment
2. Blanch corn kernels, green beans, and carrot slices until half cooked, then drain and set aside
3. Peel and devein the fresh shrimps, add a small amount of black pepper and marinate for a while
4. Then take the dough out after it has doubled in size
5. Pat and flatten the exhaust
6. Roll it out to a suitable thickness, slightly larger than a pizza pan
7. Then use a pizza cutter to cut off the excess dough along the mold
8. Place the dough into the pizza pan
9. Wrap the ham sausage with the excess dough and cut it into small sections of about two centimeters
10. Make a circle along the mold
11. Spread on the pizza sauce, be careful to put less in this step, my hands are shaking and I spilled too much
12. Sprinkle with grated cheese
13. Layer bacon slices
14. Place mixed vegetables
15. Sprinkle another layer of grated cheese. If you don’t like too much cheese, you can omit it
16. Serve fresh shrimps
17. Sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese. You can adjust this according to your own taste. If you like it, add more. If you don’t like it, add less.
18. Brush the surrounding dough with a thin layer of egg wash before putting it in the oven
19. Bake at 190 degrees for about 20-25 minutes
20. Cut into pieces and enjoy
