Baked English Pudding
Ingredients
- Toast 3 slices
- Eggs 2
- Raisins 20g
- Sugar 35g
- Fresh Cream 120g
- Vanilla extract 2 drops
- Butter 5 grams
Steps

2. Cut off the edges of the toast, and then cut the toast into small squares of about 2cm
3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add light cream
4. Sugar
5. Drop in vanilla extract
6. Stir evenly
7. Spread the butter evenly in the baking bowl
8. Soak the toast pieces in the egg white liquid for five or six seconds

Tips
- Don't soak the toast pieces for too long, otherwise the bread will become soft and rotten, making it impossible to pick it up.
