BBQ Sauce Pancakes
Ingredients
- Flour 250g
- Boiling water 140 grams
- Oil 140g
- Salt A little
- White sesame seeds 10g
Steps

2. Put the flour into a container, pour in boiling water and oil, mix until it becomes flocculent, then knead it into a dough by hand, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes
3. Divide the dough into three small pieces and roll into a rectangular shape
4. Apply oil evenly and sprinkle with a little salt and white sesame seeds
5. Roll up
6. Roll up one end and tuck one end underneath
7. Flatten it with the palm of your hand and roll it into thin slices with a rolling pin
8. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, put the cake into the pan, slowly turn the cake, and fry over medium heat until it changes color
9. Flip and brown both sides
10. Pour a little water along the edge of the pot
11. Cover the pot and simmer until the water dries up slightly and the pot makes a squeaking sound

13. Take the fried pancakes out of the pan, pour a little barbecue sauce on them, and brush them evenly

Tips
- When frying pancakes, use two spatulas to fry them. While frying, use a spatula to pick up the pancake skin and hold it loosely.
