Beef Brisket Stewed with Radish
Ingredients
- Beef Brisket 600g
- White radish Half
- Scallions 2 roots
- Ginger 8 slices
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Cilantro 1 root

- Beef stew seasoning packet 1 packet
Steps
1. First prepare all the ingredients.
2. Wash the white radish and cut into 2 cm pieces, and cut the coriander into sections.
3. Soak the beef brisket in cold water in advance until there is no blood. Wash the beef brisket and cut it into 2 cm pieces.
4. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add 4 slices of ginger and 1 green onion.
5. Pour in the cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and increase the aroma.
6. After boiling over high heat, continue to cook for about 5 minutes, skim off the floating residue, take out and rinse.
7. Put the blanched beef brisket into the Joyoung steam rice cooker.
8. Add the beef stew seasoning packet, the remaining green onions and ginger slices, and pour in water not exceeding the water level.
9. Cover the pot, add purified water to the water tank of the steam rice cooker, and start the soup mode for two hours.
10. When simmering for an hour, add the diced white radish.
11. Cover the pot and continue cooking for the remaining hour.
