Beef with smooth egg
Ingredients
- Beef Tenderloin 200g
- Eggs 4
- Chives 2 roots
- Onions 50 grams
- Ginger 3 grams
- Milk 30g
- Oil 8 grams
- Salt 6 grams
- Soy sauce 5ml
- Cooking wine 5ml
- Starch 3 grams
- Black pepper powder 1g
Steps
1. Cut beef tenderloin into thick slices and place in a bowl.
2. Add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper, and starch, mix well, and marinate for 1 hour.
3. Prepare green onions, ginger, and onions and cut them for later use.
4. Prepare the eggs.
5. Beat the eggs, add a little salt, milk, and chopped chives, stir well and set aside.
6. Pour oil into the pot, add beef slices and fry until golden brown on both sides.
7. Add scallions, ginger and onions and saute until fragrant.
8. Pour in the eggs without stirring and let them set.
9. Turn the spoon over and it's ready to serve.
