Black Pepper Basa Fish Pasta
Ingredients
- Pasta 100g
- Basa fish fillet 1 piece
- Black pepper sauce 50g
- Ketchup 30g
- White sugar 12g
- Butter 15g
- Lemon 1/4
- Broccoli Decoration optional

Steps
1. Soak the basa fish fillet in salt water and defrost
2. Use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture from the thawed fish fillets
3. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot to cook the noodles. After the water boils, add a little salt and oil and cook for 12 minutes
4. While the noodles are cooking, melt butter in a pan over low heat
5. Add basa fish fillet
6. Fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides
7. Cut into pieces and set aside
8. Prepare 50g black pepper sauce
9. 30g tomato paste
10. And 12g of white sugar
