Black pepper grilled lamb chops
Ingredients
- Lamb chops 450g
- Corn oil 20ml
- Ginger slices 4 slices
- Black pepper 2g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Light soy sauce 1 small spoon
- Oyster sauce 1 tsp
- Chili powder 3 small spoons
- Cumin powder 3 small spoons
Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients: wash the lamb chops, soak them in water for a while, wash them again and wipe them dry;
2. Prick the lamb chops with toothpicks to make them more flavorful when marinating;
3. Add appropriate amount of ginger slices, black pepper powder, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili powder, cumin powder, and corn oil to the lamb chops. Mix evenly and massage for a few minutes;
4. Cover the lamb chops with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight;
5. Place a piece of tinfoil on a baking sheet, put the marinated lamb chops on it, and then cover the lamb chops with a piece of tinfoil;
6. Turn the oven to 190 degrees and start the preheating program;
7. After the oven is preheated, place the baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven, close the oven door, and start the baking program for 50 minutes;
8. After 50 minutes, turn the lamb chops over and brush another layer of marinated lamb chops sauce;
9. Heat the oven to 180 degrees, put the lamb chops in and bake for 30 minutes without covering with tin foil;
10. After 30 minutes, brush a layer of corn oil on the surface of the lamb chops, and sprinkle in an appropriate amount of chili powder and cumin powder;
11. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes;
12. The roasted lamb chops are out of the oven!
13. Cut into pieces and eat.
