Steps
1. Add the ingredients except butter into the mixing bowl
2. Start beating at low speed to form a dough, then start beating at medium speed to form a thick film
3. Add the softened butter and continue to beat at low speed to form a dough, then turn to high speed to beat
4. It is ok if a film appears, because it is coarse grain powder and does not need to be beaten too much
5. Arrange the smooth dough into a fermentation bowl, put on the plastic wrap and start to ferment at 26 degrees
6. Ferment into sticky powder and poke the hole with your finger, it will not shrink or collapse
7. After fermentation is completed, divide into 8 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes
8. After the relaxation is completed, deflate the air again, roll it into a round shape, and put it into a baking pan to start the second fermentation, fermentation at 36 degrees and 75% humidity
9. After the fermentation is completed, brush the surface with water and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Place it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Color it halfway and cover with tin foil
