Blueberry yogurt mousse
Ingredients
- Blueberry Sauce 41g
- Original yogurt 135g
- Gelatin tablets 6g

- Light cream 117g

Steps
1. Soak gelatin sheets in cold water until soft
2. Remove the filling from the Oreo cookies and put them into a food processor to smash
3. Melt the butter into a liquid state by insulating water
4. Pour the butter liquid into the crushed Oreos
5. Mix thoroughly and stir evenly
6. Wrap the bottom of the mold with plastic wrap in advance, pour the butter Oreo mixture into the mold, compact it with a rolling pin, and store it in the refrigerator
7. Take another container, pour yogurt and vanilla extract, and stir evenly
8. Add sugar and stir evenly
9. Drain the soaked gelatine and melt it into a liquid state
10. Add gelatine liquid to step 8 and stir evenly
11. Whip the light cream until lines appear
12. Pour the whipped cream into step 10 and mix well
13. Add blueberry sauce and mix well
14. Pour into the mold, refrigerate in the refrigerator until solidified, then unmold, pour yogurt on the surface, and decorate with blueberries
