Braised tofu with duck blood
Ingredients
- Northern Tofu 1 piece
- Duck blood 1 piece
- Cilantro 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Red pepper 1 piece
- Light soy sauce 1 small spoon
- Oyster sauce 1 tsp
- Salt According to personal taste
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Cut duck blood into small pieces.
3. Cut the tofu into small pieces.
4. Add water to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and blanch the cut tofu. Pour in the tofu, grill and remove.
5. Blanch the duck blood. After the water is boiled, pour in the cut duck blood, boil it again and take it out.
6. Remove the roots, wash and chop the coriander, chop the garlic, chop the pepper, and the preparation is complete.
7. Add cooking oil to the pot.
8. When the oil temperature is 80%, add the chopped onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
9. Add the blanched tofu and duck blood, and add the cooking wine.
10. Add a small spoonful of light soy sauce.
11. A small spoonful of oyster sauce.
12. Add a small bowl of soup. The amount of soup can be increased or decreased according to the actual situation. After boiling, simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
13. After 15 minutes, add salt according to personal taste.
14. Add the chopped coriander segments and turn off the heat.
15. Transfer to a plate and garnish with chopped chilies.
