Breakfast + Ham and Floss Bread
Ingredients
- High-gluten flour 200g
- Yeast 3g
- White sugar 30g
- Salt 2g
- Milk 100g
- Eggs Each is about 60g
- Pork floss 30g
- Salad dressing 30g
- Ketchup 30g
- Ham sausage 6 pieces
- Grated chives 10g
Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients for kneading the dough first, it is very simple
2. Melt butter at room temperature, cut into pieces and set aside
3. Mix all the dough ingredients except butter, and use the post-oil method to knead the hand mask
4. Ferment at about 25 degrees Celsius until doubled in size
5. After fermentation, divide into six even portions

8. After the bread is shaped, put it in the oven and put a bowl of hot water underneath for secondary fermentation
9. After it has doubled in size, take it out of the oven and preheat the oven
10. Brush the fermented bread with egg wash and sprinkle with grated cheese
11. Spread the salad dressing and ketchup evenly and make it thicker
12. Sprinkle chopped chives evenly
13. Place in the preheated oven, 180°, for 15 to 20 minutes
