Steps
1. Prepare corn kernels, carrots, fungus, ham, eggs, rice and lotus root
2. Peel, wash and cut the lotus root into small pieces and soak in water

5. Wash the fungus into small pieces and put it

Tips
- When frying diced lotus root, put less oil in the pot
