Breaking out of the cocoon and becoming a butterfly style steamed bun
Ingredients
- Ordinary wheat flour About 435g
- Yeast About 2.4g in summer (5g in winter)
- Pumpkin puree About 175ML
Steps
1. Knead into smooth dough.
2. After fermentation, tear the dough and there will be an obvious network structure.
3. Knead thoroughly to release the air and knead vigorously.
4. Use a round mold to press out a circle. If not, you can use a rice bowl!
5. Fold in half.
6. Use a new comb to make impressions.
7. Use a knife to cut a small section at the end.
8. Pinch out the shape as shown in the picture.
9. Cut out the tentacles.
10. Use black sesame seeds to make eyes and create a body.
11. Dip in. Pour cold water into a pot and steam over medium-low heat.
12. The moth style steamed buns are out of the pan.
Tips
- Medium and small fire, must be medium and small fire!
