Brown sugar cashew crisp
Ingredients
- Cake flour 150g
- Corn oil 60g
- Brown sugar 75g
- Egg yolk 1
- Baking powder 1g
- Baking soda 2 grams
- Cashew nuts 70g
Steps
1. Prepare materials.
2. Put the corn oil into a container, add chopped brown sugar, stir and melt.
3. Add an egg yolk.
4. Stir thoroughly.
5. Mix baking powder, baking soda, and low-gluten flour and sift in evenly.
6. Add chopped cashews. (Reserve the ones for surface decoration)
7. Divide into 16 portions, roll into balls with your hands, press flat, and garnish with a cashew nut. Arrange into baking pan.
8. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. (The temperature and time are for reference only) Leave to cool and then seal and store.

- Brown sugar cannot be replaced with brown sugar.
