Cabbage Sausage Chow Mein
Ingredients
- Cabbage 1/4 head
- Onion Half
- Carrot Half root
- Sausage 3-5 pieces
- Rough noodles For one person
- Black pepper A little
- Light soy sauce One tablespoon
Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients, half a carrot, 1/4 cabbage, half an onion, and four or five sausages.
2. Slice sausages and set aside
3. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot.
4. Add sausage and stir-fry over low heat for one minute.
5. Add the chopped onions and continue to stir-fry. Fry for about a minute.
6. Finally add 1/4 of the cabbage and carrots,
7. Add a spoonful of salt to taste and stir-fry evenly.
8. Boil the noodles in water.
9. Put the cooked noodles into the pot and stir-fry together with the vegetables.
10. Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce.
11. Add a small amount of black pepper to taste.
12. Stir-fry over high heat for 3 minutes
13. Done!
Tips
- Thick noodles will not become rotten during cooking and frying, making them suitable for stir-fried noodles.
