Canadian Arctic shrimp comes from the cold and pure 400-meter deep sea of the distant Atlantic Ocean and the Arctic Ocean. Arctic shrimp fishing is mainly trawling, and each net harvests about 4-8 tons. From fishing out of the water, to cooking, to quick freezing and loading into cold storage, the whole process only takes 60 minutes. Most of the Arctic shrimps purchased in the domestic market are cooked on board, thawed and ready to eat in two sizes: 90-120 and 120-150. After Canadian Arctic shrimp arrive at the port, they must be fully disinfected and nucleic acid tested. When selling in the Chinese market, use traceability codes to ensure safety.Step 2
