Cantonese cabbage soup

- Shredded ham

Steps
1. Wash the cabbage, cut it neatly and set aside, and soak the vermicelli in hot water in advance;
2. Pour Shi Yunsheng's clear chicken stock into the soup pot, add a little salt and bring to a boil;
3. Boil the vermicelli and place it on the bottom of the plate, then blanch the cabbage in the soup and arrange them neatly on the plate;
