2 slices of ginger, salt.Step 3
Wash and peel the radish and cut into 0.3 cm thick slices.Step 4
Then cut radish strips 0.3 cm wide. (It is not easy to cut the radish too finely to prevent it from being overcooked during the soup making process.)Step 5
Wash the oysters and put appropriate amount of cold water in the pot. 4-5% heat, add ginger slices and oysters.Step 6
Add the radish strips again.Step 7
For example, if you have shellfish at home, you can put a few in to freshen them up, or you don’t have to put them in at all. (Make sure the shellfish is fresh and there is no sand inside.) Add appropriate amount of salt and cook until the radish turns transparent (about 10-15 minutes).Step 8
