5. Pour the spinach juice into the flour and knead the dough (it can be slightly harder).

6. Add all the spinach juice and form a fluffy consistency.

7. Knead into a smooth dough, cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for half an hour.

8. Use your hand to take off a large piece of your thumb and slightly round it in the palm of your hand.

9. Place it on the sushi curtain and use your thumb to push the cat ears into a threaded shape.

10. Molded cat ears.

11. Lots and lots of cat ears (great exercise for your fingers).

12. Pour boiling water into the pot, add cold water three times halfway, cook until boiling, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

13. Put it into a bowl, add sesame oil, fresh soy sauce, egg skin, and eat!

Tips

  1. Spinach juice can be replaced with carrot juice or purple cabbage juice. . .
