Celery mixed with fungus
Ingredients
- Celery A handful
- Dried black fungus Appropriate amount
- Garlic Three cloves
Steps
1. First we prepare all the ingredients
2. Soak the fungus in advance
3. Remove the roots and leaves of celery and soak it in water for a while
4. Peel, wash and chop the garlic into small pieces
5. Wash the celery and cut into sections
6. After soaking, remove the stems of the fungus, wash it and tear it into small florets
7. Boil appropriate amount of water in the pot
8. After the water boils, add a handful of fine salt
9. Add a few drops of cooking oil
10. Serve celery
11. Cook for 1 minute
12. Remove, drain, and set aside
13. Add the fungus. If you are more particular, you can change the pot of water. I was too lazy to change it.
14. Cook for 3.4 minutes
15. Remove and drain the water
16. Add celery and garlic
17. Add a small spoonful of fine salt
18. Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and stir evenly
