Chaoshan rice rolls
Ingredients
- Rice flour 40g

- Shiitake mushrooms 8 pods
- Squid or octopus feet 30g

- Light soy sauce 40ml
- Oyster Sauce 10ml

- Boiling water 500ml

Steps
1. Soak the mushrooms and octopus feet first
