Cheese Shrimp Balls
Ingredients
- 280 grams of potatoes,
- Antarctic scale shrimp 200 grams,
- More cheese, eggs, and bread crumbs,
- 1 gram of pepper,
- 1 gram of salt.
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Steam the potatoes and mash them into puree.
3. Steam the shrimp meat for 10 minutes.
4. Mix mashed potatoes and shrimp meat evenly. Add pepper and salt and mix well.
5. Grab a piece of mashed potato and shrimp, flatten it, and wrap it in cheese. (Oil bag on hand)
6. Dip the wrapped potato and shrimp balls with a layer of egg liquid, coat with a layer of bread crumbs, and place on a greased baking sheet.
7. Preheat the oven to 150℃ and bake for 200 minutes.
8. I used white bread crumbs and crushed them slightly with a food processor so that even though the crust is crispy, babies can also eat it!
9. I did not add starch to wrap the cheese directly, so don’t wrap too much cheese, and the oven temperature should not be too high, otherwise it will burst! It goes great with tomato sauce or salad dressing!
