Steps
1. Put the ingredients required for hamburger embryos (except butter and sesame) into the bread machine, start the kneading program of the bread machine and start kneading the dough
2. After about half an hour, add softened butter and continue kneading for about 20 minutes
3. When the fully expanded stage is reached, the thin glove film can be pulled out
4. Arrange the dough and put it into a container, cover it with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place for basic fermentation
5. When the dough has fermented to 2.5 times its original size, take it out and press to deflate it
6. Divide into five even portions, knead evenly, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes
7. Round the dough and put it into paper molds. If there is no paper mold, put it directly into the baking pan. There should be a certain gap between each burger embryo. Spray an appropriate amount of water on the surface. Then sprinkle sesame seeds evenly
8. Place the burgerPlace the embryos in a warm place to ferment again until they double in size. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees in advance, place the baking sheet in the middle and bake for about 20 minutes
9. Wait until the surface of the burger embryo turns into a uniform golden color and then take it out of the oven. Please adjust the specific temperature and time according to the temperament of your own oven
10. Make pork chops: Beat the pork in a food processor until minced, then add minced ginger, cooking wine, extremely fresh, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, egg liquid, black pepper and Starch
11. Stir clockwise in one direction until the minced meat is thick.
12. Heat cooking oil in a pot, take an appropriate amount of meat filling and pat it into meat patties with your hands (I made three in total)
13. Place in a pot and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides, take out and set aside
14. Cut the burger embryo in half, apply salad dressing on each, and put lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes on the bottom layer

Tips
- Because the hamburger embryos are also made by myself, it seems a bit troublesome, but you can make more hamburger embryos in advance and then put them in a sealed bag. Freeze it in the refrigerator. When you eat it, take it out and beat it in the microwave. It will become as soft as when it was freshly baked
