Step 1

Prepare the ingredients, cut the bagels in half and cut the cheese into thin slices. Spread the cheese slices on the cut side of the bagel and lightly cover with another bagel slice. Step 2

Add a little olive oil to a hot pan and fry the eggs until golden brown on both sides. Then, fry the beef patties until cooked through.
