Cheesy Grilled Grape Pizza
Ingredients
- Red grapes 2 cups
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- pepper 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Rosemary 1 root
- Pizza dough 1 piece
- Ricotta cheese 1/2 cup
- Thinly sliced Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
Steps
1. Mix red grapes, salt, pepper, olive oil and rosemary, place in a rimmed baking sheet, bake at 230°C for 10 minutes, until the grape skins crack.
2. Apply olive oil to the pizza dough.
3. Place the pizza on the middle shelf of the oven and bake at 230°C for 10 minutes, or until the surface turns slightly brown.
4. Move to the upper shelf of the oven and bake for 1 minute, until the cheese turns brown and starts to bubble. Then enjoy!
