Chia seed two-color yogurt wood bran cup
Ingredients
- Avocado 1 piece
- Yoghurt 375g
- Chia seeds 8g
- Mixed Nut Baked Oatmeal 50g
Steps
1. Cut the avocado first and remove the core. It is said that the core has strong antioxidant properties, but it was too astringent after I tried it
2. Take out the avocado and pour it into a cup for later use
3. Take out the pre-made yogurt and let it warm at room temperature for a while
4. Pour 250g yogurt into the mixing cup with avocado
5. Use a mixing stick to beat at high speed for 1 minute to fully combine the avocado and yogurt
6. Then put 8g of chia seeds in the cup and stir thoroughly

8. Take another glass mousse cup and the remaining 125g yogurt
9. Pour yogurt into the cup and spread it on the bottom
10. Then put 30g of cereal on the yogurt
11. Then spread the chia avocado yogurt on top of the cereal
12. Finally, spread the remaining cereal on top of the chia avocado yogurt
13. Finally sprinkle with dried cranberries and you're done
14. Pair it with two homemade mooncakes, and you have a complete breakfast.

- Homemade yogurt has no added sugar and is a bit sour for those who prefer sweetness.Friends can mix some honey or jam into the yogurt, which will give it a unique flavor.
