Chinese toon scrambled eggs
Ingredients
- Toon A small handful
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Eggs Two
- Vegetable oil Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare toon and eggs. Boil water in a pot and prepare to blanch the Chinese toon.
2. Take the young branches of Chinese toon.
3. After the water boils, blanch the toona twigs in the pot until the color changes from red to green, take them out of the pot and pour them into cold water.
4. Water control of Chinese toon after being cooked in cold water, cut into pieces, add eggs and salt, stir into egg liquid.
5. Heat the oil in the pot, add the Chinese toon egg liquid, and stir-fry for a few minutes until the egg liquid clumps and it's ready to serve.
6. Remove from pot and plate. Incredibly delicious.
