Steps
1. Put all the ingredients of the main recipe into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first and then powder. Put the butter on one side and select the bread machine dough program.
2. After the dough is kneaded, it is already a smooth dough. The bread machine will automatically enter fermentation for 20 minutes (dough proofing includes kneading the dough and adding one fermentation, without touching any program of the bread machine)< /p>
3. During the fermentation period of the dough, you can prepare the ingredients. Wash the chive leaves and cut them into small pieces, soften the mozzarella cheese in advance, and remove the outer packaging of the ham
4. After fermentation is completed, take out the dough.
5. Divide the dough evenly into 8 pieces, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.
