- Salt 1g
- Pork floss 15g
- Salad dressing Appropriate amount
- Seaweed 2 pieces
- Silver cod 1 piece
- Cooking wine 3g
- Pepper 1.5g
- Onion segments 5g
- Ginger slices 3g
Steps
1. First prepare cooked rice and cooked white sesame seeds
2. Clean and remove the scales from a piece of silver cod
3. Add 3g of cooking wine and spread evenly
4. Add 1.5g pepper and marinate for 20 minutes
5. Cut some green onions
6. Cut a few pieces of ginger
7. Pour a little oil into the pan, add ginger and green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, leaving the base oil but omitting the green onions and ginger
8. Put the cod in the pot and fry over medium-low heat. After setting one side, turn it over and fry until golden brown and cooked through.
9. Take it out and place it on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil. Remove the middle fish bones and surrounding fish skin
10. Take a piece of seaweed and place it on the matching tool chair, with the smooth side of the seaweed facing down and the rough side facing up
11. Spread the mixed rice on the seaweed, it is best to press it lightly with a spoon, and put a row of fish pieces at the bottom
12. Sprinkle pork floss on top
13. Squeeze a layer of salad dressing
14. Use the bamboo curtain to help roll it up. Roll it up halfway and press it down to make it stronger
15. Cut the rolled sushi into small pieces diagonally
16. Finally put it on the plate, a piece of cod sushi will be ready!
Tips
- Press lightly when rolling. The rolled ones are firmer and less likely to fall apart. The fish itself is salty, so there is no need to add salt< /li>
