Cold Korean Acorn Jelly
Ingredients
- 1 cup acorn starch
- 4 cups of water
- Salt
- Cucumber shreds
- Garlic paste
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
- Red oil tempeh
- Chili powder
- Cooked white sesame seeds
Steps
1. Mix acorn starch and water, add a little salt
2. Cook over low heat, stirring with a spoon in circles
3. When the batter becomes thicker, reduce the heat, stir until the batter forms big bubbles, and turn off the heat
4. Put the batter into the glass container, smooth the surface and let it cool
5. Slice the acorn jelly into slices, shred the cucumber, add your favorite sauce, mix well and serve
