Cold okra
Ingredients
- Okra: a plate
- Garlic: half
- Light soy sauce: 2 spoons
- Sesame oil: 1 spoon
- White sugar: half a spoon
- Salt: a little
Steps
1. Prepare a plate of okra and half a head of garlic.
2. Rinse with water.
3. Remove the pedicle.
4. Boil the water in the pot, add 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 drops of oil. This will keep the okra beautiful in color after blanching.
5. Add okra and boil the water for 2 minutes.
6. Pick it up.
7. Soak in cold water for a while to make the texture crispier.
8. Take out the okra, cut off the tail and cut into small sections.
9. Place on a plate.
10. Chop the garlic and put it in a bowl.
11. Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.
12. 1 spoon of sesame oil.
13. Half a spoonful of sugar.
14. Stir the sauce evenly.
15. Pour onto the okra.
16. Finished product.
Tips
- It only takes two or three minutes to blanch okra in water. Don't take too long. After blanching, soak it in cold water to make it taste crisper. (For those who like spicy food, you can also add chili oil to the sauce.)
