3. When the dough is finished, pull out a glove film
4. Clean up the dough and continue fermenting
5. Fermentation is complete and will ferment until it has doubled in size
6. Divide the dough into 2 pieces (7-inch and 8-inch) according to the ratio of 0.45:0.55
7. Take a large dough and roll it into an 8-inch round dough
8. Place the dough into a greased pizza pan and poke holes in the dough with a fork
9. After the 2 pieces of dough are made, put them in the oven to ferment for 20 minutes
10. During the fermentation process of the dough, peel the fruits and cut them into small pieces. Use kitchen paper to absorb the water from the canned yellow peaches
11. When fermentation is complete, use a small spoon to push out the edges of the pizza
12. Cover the pizza dough with a piece of tin foil and cover it with beans to prevent the dough from swelling during baking

19. Squeeze an appropriate amount of salad dressing on the pizza to taste better
20. Fruit pizza tastes super good
Tips
- 1. The taste of secondary fermented fruit pizza is softer. If you find it troublesome, you can do primary fermentation
- 2. Baking the pizza embryo first after fermentation can avoid the mozzarella cheese from being crumbled and mushy after baking the pizza for a long time
- 3. The temperature and time of the oven can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual use of the oven
- 4. Try to choose fruits with low water content, such as mango, banana, dragon fruit, etc. For canned foods, use kitchen paper to absorb the water. serving
