Ingredients
- Cake powder 85g
- Peanut butter 25g
- Butter 60g
- Whole egg liquid 30g
- Powdered sugar 30g
- Salt 1 gram
- Vanilla extract 3 drops
Steps
1. Prepare materials
2. Soften butter at room temperature
3. Beat lightly and then add powdered sugar
4. Beat until white
5. Add egg liquid in three times
6. Beat until fluffy, add vanilla extract and beat until light and fluffy
7. Add peanut butter and stir evenly
8. Sift in the cake flour
9. Mix well
10. Put into a piping bag (preheat the oven to 170 degrees)
11. Press into the baking tray into the pattern you like (must be the same size),
12. Place in the oven on the middle rack and bake for about 25 minutes
13. Take out and cool completely, then seal and store

- 2. The egg liquid should be added in batches to avoid separation of oil and water.
- 3. It is best to use a large size for the flower mouth, which is easier to squeeze.
